This $8 million Florida ranch for sale comes with three lakes, 500 deer and herds of exotic animals

A massive wilderness preserve filled with deer and exotic species is now for sale in Central Florida.

7Cs Ranch, located an hour and a half north of Orlando in Crescent City, is a licensed game preserve sitting on approximately 488-acres of fenced-in pine plantations. The ranch is currently holding more than 500 deer — including white-tail, axis deer and black bucks — and numerous other exotic animals (like zebra), which are all part of the sale.

There are also three spring-fed stocked bass fishing lakes, a pheasant tower shoot area, an archery practice facility and multiple shooting ranges, including sporting clays and bench rest rifle shooting.

The property boasts a 5,200-square foot main lodge, with five en-suite bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well.

The ranch has been on and off the market over the years, and was last listed for $2 million back in 2020, according to property records. 7Cs Ranch is currently asking $7.9 million, and the listing agent is Robert Buckmaster of Coldwell Banker Commercial Premier Properties.
