Orlando home designed for NBA player Tony Snell sells for $13 million

An Orlando lakefront mansion designed for NBA player Tony Snell has just bounced off the market.

The home, which comes with over-the-top custom amenities including a full-size indoor basketball court, is located at 9306 Blanche Cove Drive in Windermere. It has five bedrooms and eight baths across a total 14,856 square feet.

The home was designed for Snell and his family, according to GrowthSpotter. In 2013, Snell was a first-round 2013 draft pick by the Chicago Bulls and played nine years in the league. He now plays with the Maine Celtics of the NBA G League. Snell's wife, Ashley, owns an athleisure clothing brand, which has a storefront in Winter Park.

Although it screams luxury in every way, the home's main draw may be its 6,060-square-foot indoor basketball court. The remaining 9,000 square feet of living space spans several formal and living spaces, including a home theater, office, recreation room, exercise room with a sauna, and hidden shoe and memorabilia closets.

Plus, the backyard offers crystal-clear views of Disney World's nightly fireworks show.

The home sold for $13 million. According to property records, the seller was listing as Stone KAP Partners and the buyer as the Griffin Trust. The listing agent is Danielle O'Quinn with Wemert Group Realty.
