Former Dave and Buster’s CEO lists beachfront Florida home for sale

A sprawling beachfront mansion that comes with absolutely zero video games or Skee-Ball machines is now for sale in Florida.

Located at 58 S. Spooky Lane in Santa Rosa Beach, the home was built in 2015 and purchased in 2018 by former Dave & Busters CEO Brian Jenkins and his wife Deborah for $4.1 million, according to property records.

The 4,756-square-foot home spans four floors and has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, as well as a heated plunge pool, an outdoor kitchen, a gas fire pit, 70 feet of Gulf frontage and more, according to the listing.

Jenkins was the CEO of the kiddie casino chain for nearly 15 years and retired from the company in 2021. The couple recently told the Wall Street Journal they're selling the house to spend more time with family in their home state of Texas.

The Dave & Buster's house is currently asking $9,995,000, and the listing is held by the Spears Group of Compass.
