Holy moly, stromboli, it appears the "Mayor of Flavortown" is dropping the asking price of one of his "gangsta" Florida estates.
Last February, just a few months after purchasing a new pad in Palm Beach County, celebrity chef Guy Fieri put his nearby home in Lake Worth on the market for $8.5 million.
Now, it appears the home is a bit cheaper.
Located at 10 Bella Vista Ave. in Lake Worth, the estate was bought by Fieri for $3.9 million back in 2021 under the limited liability company "Gus Richie 1," which is an LLC he's used frequently to purchase properties, reports the Palm Beach Post.
The 5,951-square-foot Mediterranean-style home sits on 210 feet of water frontage and comes with six bedrooms and five bathrooms. Notably, it also features $1.5 million worth of "off the chain" renovations from Fieri, says the publication, including a new elevator, a completely redone pool and spa, new impact windows, and a new dock and lift.
Fieri is no stranger to the Sunshine State. Besides filming multiple episodes of his hit show Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives in Florida, including a handful in the Orlando region, the Food Network star purchased a home in nearby Riviera Beach for $7.2 million last September.
If you want to own this particular Fieri crib, the current asking price is $7,995,000, and the listing agent is Tampa-based realtor Charlie Bodine.
