Model, actress and beauty pageant director Jackie Siegel, nicknamed the "Queen of Versailles," has listed one of her luxurious Florida homes for sale in the Orlando area.
The home, located at 222 Pawnee Trail in Kissimmee, is a Spanish-style three-bedroom situated on 5 acres on the ChampionsGate golf course, within the Happy Trails Equestrian Community.
The home's wrap-around balconies offer views of the course and 356 feet of frontage on the 14th hole and 15th tee box, according to the listing.
"Queen of Versailles" Siegel bought the home in 2015 for $600,000, according to property records. She was the subject of 2012 documentary The Queen of Versailles, a sequel series and a 2024 musical of the same name.
The home is priced at $1,200,000, and the listing agent is Marlene De Cespedes with Douglas Elliman.
