After being absent in Orlando for almost 20 years, Texas burger chain Whataburger returns to the City Beautiful, opening its newest location Thursday, Aug. 6, at 12305 E. Colonial Drive.
The doors of this new Orlando Whataburger will open starting at 11 a.m. on Thursday. The first customer to enter the store, along with the first two cars in the drive-thru line, will receive free Whataburger for an entire year. The first 20 cars and the first 80 people in the store will receive limited edition Whataburger swag.
Construction on this restaurant began in early February, with this East Colonial location joining nearly 1,200 locations in the U.S.
The menu includes burgers, tacos, honey butter chicken and other fast-food staples, along with shakes and sundry sweet treats. The location will be open a mind-boggling seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
