Spanish-style mac & cheese at Mi Tomatina’s BARcelona

We were first drawn to this Spanish gem in Hannibal Square during an Another Round pub crawl, when we were looking for a booze-absorbing type of meal. One look at BARcelona’s vegetarian tapas menu and we knew the macaroni and cheese would hit that indulgent, comfort-food spot. With its buttery Manchego cheese and crispy gratin crust, it so did – especially when paired with a refreshing glass of sangría or Spanish white.
