Last but not least on our list of favorite local pools, there's the Parliament House Pool Bar, where you can go for a legitimately crazed poolside experience from sunup until sundown (and beyond on Saturday nights). Not only are there drink specials poolside, but you may even get some curated spectacles in the form of pool events that are a far cry from the aforementioned YMCA kids' swim meets. Instead, you might awake from a sun-soaked nap in the middle of a raucous summer fashion show or come up for air during a swim to find zany pool games have erupted around you. Check the events calendar before going to plan your pool party accordingly.
