Orlando Weekly, Orlando’s award-winning weekly magazine is seeking a dependable, high energy, detail-oriented candidate to fill our part-time position for receptionist/office assistant.
Duties include, order entry, accounts receivable, accounts payable, reception and general office / business duties. Candidate should be proficient in Word, Excel and have used a 10 key calculator.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a busy office environment, be able to greet customers in a friendly, professional manner, knows and LOVES Orlando Weekly!

Orlando Weekly is looking for its next, super-star sales manager to continue it’s current trend of success! We are looking for someone high-energy, enthusiastic, that has a passion for sales, advertising and the culture embraced by Orlando Weekly!
This is NOT an office job! You would report to the general manager and be the fire that ignites the sales department! You would be on tons of ‘four-legged’ calls, assisting reps and closing deals in restaurants, bars, retail and more. You would develop and execute new and existing revenue initiatives and groom reps to be the next SUPERSTARS. And you will sell to and service house accounts.
